Have used FP many times in the past and despite always being happy with the quality of the final cards there are a couple of issues though that I have every single time I use them. Firstly I usually use the full page photo card and design my own images in Photoshop. Despite the fact that the images are designed to be A5 size they seldom fit properly after being uploaded and I have to resort to adding massive white borders before uploading then zooming in to make the image take up the full space available on the card. This is time consuming and frustrating. My second bigger issue is that despite the card preview showing my card fitting perfectly, when the final card arrives there is always some part of it chopped off. My most recent portrait sized card had some of the text chopped off despite showing it fitting perfectly on the preview. Annoying and disappointing having spent so much time designing the card.
