Terrible terrible experience
Terrible terrible experience. Had tickets for the Budapest F1 grand prix which was cancelled due to COVID. They offered me a refund which I asked them to sort. It took 7 months and still no refund where I'd been contacting them every other week. In the end, I passed the case over to my credit card company to deal with.
Will never use again, if zero stars was an option - id do it
