Scottish Powers management Failure to communicate

Scottish Power management refused to speak to me regarding them taking £625 for an £11.00 bill, this went on for months. I contacted the ombudsman and within two days Scottish power were on the phone. This was resolved and I got my money back plus compensation
all because of the ombudsman's intervention
