i didnt receive my order

i didnt receive my order. it was returned tobJohn Lewis, presumably by the courier. i have only been refunded for part of the order and despite 3 emails to JL chasing this up, i have yet to receive any acknowledgement or response. the value of the order wasnt much but nonetheless this level of service is unacceptable.

Hi Maria, I'm sorry to hear you experienced issues with your recent order. I've checked order and there seems to have been an issue with the courier delivering, resulting in the order being returned. A further refund has since been issued and a e-gift card sent to your email address, to cover delivery charge and also as an apology. ^Gina
