I have wasted hours of my time chasing my parcel that keeps being promised next day. Customer service, once you get through lie to you and probably laugh as soon as they put the phone down. They say use Twitter or Facebook to contact them and a response is issued within 4 hours, what a joke 4 days later and they never responded. Keep being promised next day as an urgent and never turns up. Now been told its being sent back to sender who have confirmed they cannot just resend back to me even though these trainers are out of stock. I am so angry right now I cannot be bothered to waste even more of my time putting everything in a review. Please avoid if you can
