Didn’t want to give one star but had to proceed! Just received a letter from a debt collection agency stating we owed money ... never heard of Together Energy, never had an account and certainly don’t owe them any money. Kirsty was helpful but worryingly indicated that if we didn’t continue communication, they would pursue the debt. What debt! Is this a scam?
