I placed an order in late Nov. I never received the promised tracking # and never received the order. I followed up via the website chat and was told I needed to email their shipper directly. I emailed the address they provided, but never received a response. In a later chat session, the chat went deal after I described what I wanted to discuss. Seems like a brazen scam
