Auxillis have managed x2 car insurance claims for myself. On both occasions they have provided swift service, they are easy to contact - no long waiting times ! They are a Uk based call centre which helps when having to describe the accidents in detail and makes the whole process less stressful. I had one minor problem where the hire was to automatically terminate before my settlement had been arranged however one phone call to customer services solved this without fuss. Hire car itself was delivered on time and clean with plenty of fuel in. Would happily use Auxillis services again.
