It worked fine at first

It worked fine at first. Easy to install, and worked right off. I have not yet installed on my Windows 10 machine, just Windows 7, which i use all the time.

After a few weeks, it started the following: It would connect as usual, but it drops the connection after a minute or two. I use it especially when banking. It drops when I am using Chrome and AVG Secure Browser, which is what I had been using for previously without a VPN.

I did test it on downloading torrents, and it worked fine; again at the beginning. Have not tried it since. I will when I trouble shoot.

I have not had the time to troubleshoot this problem yet. So I will have more information later. I hesitate to install on my W10 machine, as that OS is already so screwed up that it could mask the real issue. I'll do it after I get it working again on W7.

The speed, when working, was satisfactory, but not great. However only a 2nd gen processor on my W7 machine. I do have it overclocked, though. My W10 machine has a 6th gen processor. But then, I would have to deal with that MESS of an OS. So that install will not be for a while. If it works (both W10 and the VPN together), then it should be faster with the 6th gen.

Frankly, all in all, I am very disappointed. i paid up front for the whole thing, (and the 'recommended' Password Checker), for two years. So I cannot cancel now. This is going to be a lot of trouble to fix, as if I do not have enough other things to do.
