Your courier broke my letterbox !

Your courier forced my parcel through the letterbox and completely broke my letterbox ! I contacted courier, he very bluntly said”sorry about that” but ended the call there. I am not happy with this service, I have tried the online web chat 7 times, nobody has made contacted with me once ! Nobody is available on your phone line and I feel that damage has been caused to my property and nobody is taking responsibility. I want to speak with somebody in management ASAP as I am fuming !!!
