Just avoid these people!

To add to the long list of other complaints from other customers: I ordered my son some kit that was in stock (apparently) quoting 10 days delivery. This was on 8th December. I received an order confirmation citing 10th January. I rang them (others are right, the number on the invoice doesn't work, try 0115 9817363) to be told about these seemingly unfixable "supply issues", and that they were waiting for my goods to be embroidered (which, with a modern machine, should take about 5 minutes). If only the sales team in the company, who have persuaded so many schools and colleges to work with them, were as good at actually delivering for customers! I work with several universities and you can be sure I will be highlighting this terrible record in future.
