Illogical

Illogical. I received a chair which was faulty. Rather than drop off a replacement chair when they pick up the faulty one I have to wait for the faulty item to be returned and processed and then wait for a refund to my card to then order a new chair again. I won't be doing this, I shall take my business elsewhere and all future business as this process doesn't make sense. Pity as I was impressed up until now.
Update; they sent me a request for more information which I sent and then heard nothing back at all.
Update,they ask for details and then proceed to do nothing about it.
