Appalled

I have been a Petplan customer for decades, and I have always been happy with the service provided. But today I have canceled all my policies in disgust. I was going to claim for my horses death from arthritis, a degenerative condition, but because the arthritis had been going on for over a year, a year and four months to be exact, I was unable to claim for her death. I am appalled by this, it feels totally unreasonable and a really horrible way to hit me when I am already devastated by my horses death.
