Black Friday purchase (edited review)

Ordered a Keystep 37 (in stock) on 26th November 21...paid extra for delivery on 30th November...tracking states it still hasn't been handed to the courier and it's now Dec 2nd....This wouldn't have been a problem if I could have contacted them to see where things are up to; but they don't answer emails to customer service and the phone number is fake that cuts out after beeping for a while...I've now opened a case with Paypal and I wish I'd checked reviews first...scummy company: and based in the Netherlands - not in UK as per their website...so liars as well...disgusting attitude, obviously care only about stealing your money...(Please see following edit):

I received a discount voucher and Bax have followed up by responding and so I've given a couple of extra stars. The keyboard wasn't overly delayed and Bax's price was the best, so I don't regret using them and would consider them again in the future.

Usually our Parcel Force deliveries run to time but due to the sheer amount of parcels we dispatched over the Black Friday period this did cause delays for some of our customers. We are very sorry again for all the stress caused and we are happy to see you have now received your parcel.
