They had my running a red light ticket reduced it to a parking ticket but I wasn't guilty for running the red light and I still have to pay a fine of $400 I don't know why I have to pay the fine because I wasn't guilty for running the right light I did not even run a red light that's just what the cop said probably to pull me over

We get moving violations reduced to non-moving violations. It is stated and restated ad nauseam in all of our correspondence, agreements, communications. Curious why you confirm your charge was reduced to parking violation, and you give two stars. Best of luck in the future, please use a different service.
