They should rename the company Careless Express.
They supposedly dropped off a parcel when I was out !!
No photographic evidence of where the parcel was left and a completely indifferent approach to trying to help the customer. They should also rename the customer services department to customer dissatisfaction department!!!
I believe they are working with the supplier and E Bay and returning goods we have paid for and reselling them !!!
This must be a new scam !!
EBay have been completely dismissive of my grievance plus the supplier Olympus Shop, I sent them 4 emails to which I eventually got a reply which obviously they hadn’t understood what I was asking, is it that difficult to provide a POD or a photograph of where the item was left ? Obviously so !!!
I have been a member of EBay for many years but never again will I use them.
It’s AMAZON for me from now 👍
