Avoid like the plague, zero customer service...
Not sure what has happened but the service I have received from Black Label Grooming is absolutely dismal. I understand the company have had issues but my problems started long ago.....
First issue - The website is always broken. I have updated my address countless times but it defaults back to my old address EVERY TIME. I have to go to the post office and collect despite telling staff on the PHONE, via EMAIL and on FB MESSENGER that the address is wrong it never gets updated.
My second issue is that I want to amend my subscription.. same as above IT NEVER CHANGES. Black Label Grooming are obviously in a world of trouble and I was trying to support them through a difficult time but it's clear now that they are incapable of providing an level of customer service despite taking my money for years.
What a shame, if you're reading this from BLACK LABEL GROOMING, CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!! I'm bored of asking for the simple task to be completed. Ps you sent the last subscription to the wrong address so you'll be getting it back via the post
