I ordered a item from amazon

I ordered a item from amazon. Item came damaged and I wanted to return it. It's third party seller who is selling on amazon and he don't have prepaid return label. So it would cost me 50€ to return it, on a item I paid 53€.

I write the seller and gets no answer. I contact amazon customer service and they promised me they will issue a refund.

Today I get a message please send the package back to the seller. I would like to send it back but I haven't received a prepaid return label.

amazon buyer protection is a joke and their promises means nothing. You as a buyer will be stuck with a defective/ damaged item even though it's the sellers fault.

Ebay buyer protection is much better. Well I have used a lot of money on amazon and now Im closing my account.

Bye amazon and thanks for screwing over your customers.

After Numerous emails and phone calls. Amazon solved the issue for me. therefore I will give them three stars
