I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your parcel as of yet.

I have refunded the postage on the order and it may take 3-5 working days to show on the card used for the order. I will also monitor the order as there is delay with courier company on delivering the parcel. We would advise to allow a few extra days for delivery.
