Do not use this company, I’m a single parent who booked a holiday for the first time in a while and this company has done nothing but made me ill! I wasn’t even told my holiday was cancelled, I was asked for bank details back in March and 3 times since then.
I have had no refund been asked to wait 14 working days since July now and still nothing, I’ve been lied to every time I have called, been told 3-4 working days, 10-14 working days, 5-7 working days!! This has been lies I finally told 30th sep should be the latest I get my refund phoned as I didn’t receive to them be told the 8th October. How is a company still operating like this. Do not book with this company ever!
