I had a dent repair done yesterday and the repair itself is fantastic. I put the claim in on my Vauxhall accidental damage insurance on the 3rd August and had the repair done on the 4th October. This was a very long time to wait. I was also told that it would be a free repair but was charged £10. I didn’t say anything because it was only a tenner but it is a bit weird.
