Collection

SECOND TIME having to use trustpilot to get a response from ParcelABC.
It appears I have been one of the clients out of 4k to get the worst service there is from a company. I am also one of them having to now fight to get my money back. UNFORTUNATELY for them my bank has taken over and will be taking further action against this company.

I too am awaiting a collection but they haven't turned up. Do you know when my courier will arrive?
This seems to be the only place you reply.
Phone number not correct. No reply yo email.
