To be blunt I love 24/7 home rescue and the entire team ranging from the politeness of the customer service team and the skills the engineers have.
We were visited by Patrick who is a true gentleman and I respect him a lot. Within a minutes he spotted the issue and solved our problem. He was very thorough and double checked everything. When we think of Patrick, we see him as family.
I also interacted with two members of your customer service team on the day. We both I had such a wonderful experience and I felt loved by both. I wish I took their names down so I could mention both of you here.
I could say so many more great things about 24/7 home rescue as I have now been with them for at least 4years and not a single bad experience.
I remember making the mistake leaving 24/7 home rescue about 2years ago and joined British Gas. 24/7 home rescue is a million times better than them.
