The service is a mess. Check-in doesn't work so either they wont allow you in or you receive a penalty of €10 Euro for a no show. If you want to wave it away you need to show prove you have been there with photo's and videos. This organisation is a scam. You cant call them. They only email with ticketing system that takes you more than 4 days. In the mean time they charge you €60 a month.
