Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I’ve now spoken to 3 people over the last few weeks to try and get my money back for items not received. Very disappointing Nutriment as your products are good, but I won’t use again now.
**Update 16 September, your phone records will show that I contacted you after speaking to your courier back in August and then twice recently. The reason I asked DHL not to deliver the order was because it had been delayed and returned to their depot. I didn’t want to be in receipt of a package of defrosted tripe whenever it finally got to me, so they advised they returned it to yourselves. Unsurprisingly I’ve received the refund the day after leaving this review. What a shame it took me to have to post this to get my money back.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we are sorry that we've not been able to meet your expectations. I've checked our phone logs and can see you've called us twice last week but I can't see anything prior to that. I can see that you spoke to DHL, our courier, on 24th August to ask them not to deliver the order. The notes say that you were advised to give us a call at that time as DHL do not notify us of notes being updated. I've spoken to our Accounts Team who have confirmed the refund has been processed today and you should have received a confirmation email. Hope this helps!
