Cancellation on the morning of, didn't even get an update from the company. I had to chase this myself.
Completely unacceptable service and no compensation offered. Avoid these cowboys.

AnyVan are sorry that you were left unhappy following your recent booking with us.
Upon review, we understand that the booking did have a provider allocated however sadly the driver was removed from the move due to unforeseen circumstances.
Due to this, AnyVan do look to have contingency plans in place however this is not always possible to do so due to the nature of the logistics industry. Our allocations department were alerted to the matter to source an alternative provider however in situations whereby we are unable to source a provider, you are entitled to a full refund which we can see was processed following your correspondence with our customer care department.
