Usless customer service based in India.
All I wanted to do was amend my breakdown cover to include home start on my new policy which hadn't even gone live yet.
In all called on 3 different occasions and and no-one had a clue what they were doing, on the last call I was transferred to someone else and told they would speak to their supervisor and call me back...guess what no-one called me back.
There is a reason why 1st central car insurance is cheap..its crap
