Continuous Delays

Ordered a bed in December for March delivery. 2 days before was told it was delayed until April. The same happened every month until August. Every time I called I was told they were suffering with supply issues which they knew about from the beginning. They clearly source cheap materials and couldn’t be replaced. Avoid ordering if you want a bed on time

We do sincerely apologise for the upset caused due to the delay with your order.

Unfortunately as we are online retail only, we rely heavily on third party suppliers.

Due to the unprecedented times at the moment, suppliers are receiving notifications of delays, which regrettably is something beyond theirs or our control.

Our team have improved our systems to ensure notifications are sent as early as possible to prevent any unnecessary upset caused.
