Very satisfied with the personal service
I had given sone wrong reading in the past which resulted in my bills being over charged.
I rectified and gave a photo sample of my meter with the correct readings and I got a persons reply from Lorrel who represent Bulp & immediately got a email reply in the wee hours of the morning saying that she would personally look into the matter and readjust.
True to her word within two days the amount was readjusted and I was credited the overpayment on my bill.
Thereafter I got a personal email from Lorrel if everything was fine and to my satisfaction..
