I booked through Cool Camping and a day later got a message back directly from the company supplying the van (Ochil Classic Campers) to say they had to cancel as it was double booked. No further contact from Cool Camping and no refund. After a follow up the refund was processed by Cool Camping and I managed to book a stay with another company. Site is easy to use and response are prompt after review.
