Went to McDonald portal spa . Although treatments lovely . Spa dirty . Only one ladies toilet in use and no toilet roll . Changing rooms and showered dirty and not cleaned during our visit . Restaurant managed by inexperienced staff and had to wait long time to be attended too . Have raised this with management still awaiting a phone call back . Real shame as not a pleasant experience .
