Can't thank them enough - ordered an item with a dispatch date longer than I wanted to wait, communication with both the provider, TGFC and myself was good throughout and resulted in an earlier date being agreed thanks to the efforts of the customer service team. When I received the product I thought there was damage - they immediately got in touch with the provider and sought an explanation of the design feature that, ignorantly, I thought was a flaw - excellent customer service throughout the process with good communication at the heart.
