Excellent customer service
I purchased a weather station in February 2021 and was very happy with it. However, I returned from a holiday to find that the remote sensor was giving inaccurate information. I changed the batteries but still the same issue. I emailed Youshiko customer services who responded almost immediately. I did as they asked to ascertain that the remote was indeed faulty and within a couple of days had received a replacement which is working as it should. Excellent customer service. Well done!
