We upgraded from the original version and the newer version is really good. Set up was really easy. The only issue we've had is the motion sensor sensitivity. The cats will get to carrying on and set them off occasionally. Yes I set them to low. Maybe have a low, MEDIUM, and high setting? The new remotes work GREAT! Like the fact that they call you and you can cancel the emergency response as most of our alerts end up being "False Alarms" (cats (as stated above), forgotten codes, forgot the system was armed ...)
