Duplicate Account credit refund

Well after speaking to a number of people relating to a duplicated account I stumbled upon Tracey Doherty from Australia 🇦🇺 who was completely upfront about my prior encounters on trying to resolve my payment query. Very polite individual who went out of get way to resolve by contacting a UK colleague to contact me. All I can say is that she pulled the company back up in my estimation, thank you Tracey..... 5 stars 🌟
