The notification that my order was on its way was confusing.
When 'Tracked', the delivery courier said it had been delivered. It hadn't!
A phone call to Complete Care enabled me to discovered they had missed off a vital part of my address when labelling my parcel.
A second phone call to them enabled me to discover my parcel was being returned to them!
I did eventually get my parcel.
