Horrible
Horrible. First of all the don’t speak a word of English whether it’s in in post office or customer service! I got a facture every month with 2€ I had to pay. I tried to pay directly all the time and it looked like et went through. I received a text that I had to pay and then I tried with my other card, my moms and my friends card. Non went through apparently. So I went to the post office and spend 2 hours there!!!! To simply find out that it was because I didn’t have a French banc account, so I make another friend pay for me at that point. This morning a direct transfer has been made of 21€ from the card that they kept saying didn’t work but all of a sudden with a payment of 21€ It works perfectly fine. I have no idea why they all of a sudden took 21€ and I spend 1 hour trying to figure out what happened and had to get a French person to help me talk to them. This is the worst telecommunications company I have ever come across!
