The wrong product was deliver

The wrong product was delivered and although they couldn’t replace for the correct they rectified the solution to my satisfaction. I would particularly like to thank the customer services team for sorting this out.

I am very sorry that your experience hasn't been positive.

Please accept our apologies for any disappointment caused by the incorrect straps being included with your Apple Watch. We reached out to our technicians requesting that they issue you the correct accessories as soon as possible.

Unfortunately as explained via email they weren't able to fulfil our request. As an alternative solution, we issued you a partial refund to go towards replacement straps. This was queued as agreed on Friday and should clear either today or tomorrow if it hasn't already.
