Excellent customer service. I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff was whenever I had a question or when we had a delivery issue. I love my bike. The quality is hands down the best I have seen compared to many other brands. My husband and I have model S bikes and have received so many compliments on them. Definitely would buy from this company again!
