Get it right first time, as alteration probably isn't going to happen

Uncertain times means changing rules. Our Amber destination holiday company shifted our departure airport to LGW, which didn't work for us, so we booked to go to a Green destination.

Up to then - everything clockwork - booking test; explanation; payment and testing and kits on time - excellent.

After change - changing to a GREEN package not possible, as chronomics didn't answer emails or calls.

We are pretty broad-shouldered, so not complaining. I guess with so much demand, chronomics just have to prioritise.

Price of tests competitive, but still extremely punitive if there's more than two travelling.
