Poor performance in the Warehouse and stock system.
Up until now my experience with Blacks has been good. This time I ordered a pair of Shorts and received a confirmation that the correct item was to be sent. The wrong item was sent with a completely different product code. It seems there was a mismatch in the computer system. The lady who tried to help me put this right was absolutely superb, but the rigidity of the Blacks warehousing and store system causes me to give a 2 star score. I could not order the correct item into store and replace there, my only option was to return, pay the postage and hope that the refund will be made, then re order the goods if I chose, assuming they were still in stock, and for larger sizes that is difficult.
