Helpful customer service
I had to contact chat via Customer Service as DPD had delivered frozen dog food (upside down - according to the instructions on the box), but it wasn't frozen - cold, but definitely not frozen. I spoke to one of the representatives who resolved the issue immediately, and efficiently. This is obviously not the fault of Pets at Home, who I have no complaint with whatsoever....but DPD - they're the problem.
