Cancelled tent but sent accessories
Ordered a tent, carpet and footprint online as one order. 4 days later the tent was cancelled (I assume due to a stock issue?) but the carpet and footprint arrived as separate packages over two separate days. A lot of inconvenience having to return two products associated with a tent you cancelled. Why couldn’t you just dispatch them (or cancel them) together?
