Terrible to deal with. I wrecked my credit after a divorce and Ollo was the first to give me credit - 2 stars for that. Zero stars for locking my account continually for random reasons. Maybe that's part of dealing with who they cater to??? I now have a FICO above 800 and am ditching this card.
