Long dispatch but good refund time
I waited a whole week and my item was not even dispatched! The reason I give them a 3 star and not 1 is because they refunded me instantly after I cancelled the order despite placing it 1 week ago.

This would have been an item that was coming to us from our overflow warehouse so would have had a delay in dispatch mentioned on the item listing under the price and also on the confirmation email for you.
We're so so glad this has now been resolved for you though and we were able to cancel this order due to this not being dispatched as of yet.
