I ordered a game from the Galway store, I paid in full plus the cost of postage 1 week later I was notified that the incompetent staff could not find the game that I paid for, which makes no sense as you had it listed for sale on your website. Whoever is in charge of stock needs a performance review. Not happy.

I'm sorry for we couldn't source the PS3 game from your order.
The item was dropped from the order because it had printed cover on it and as per our policy, we cannot sell games, DVDs with printed covers online, they can only be sold as an in-store purchase after visual inspection.
