In ending I want to tell all of yous that Mr Douglass the Janitor was very very Professional Helpful and very Caring when I was talking to him this morning and also he was the same to other very nice Customers too ok smile. Last of all I say that Mr Douglass had very Excellent Communication Skills and he knows and loves his job so very very much too ok smile.
