When my package arrived only one plant…

When my package arrived only one plant remained upright. The others were on their sides out of their containers, potting mix everywhere. One plant was worse than another one. I planted immediately hoping they will survive. Packaging needs to be more secure or another delivery service used. Not sure if I will order again.
