Not happy
Purchased 4 of the goods vape, two of which I paid ten pound extra to receive them next day, that never happened. Communication is not the best, did not receive my items to Monday and was not offered the ten pound back that I paid for next day delivery. Wont be buying from hempelf ever again,

I am sorry that you are unhappy. I can se that you placed the order at 8:30pm on Friday 7th May - even though our website states that orders placed after 12:00noon on Friday are processed on the following working and that we do not had despatch over the weekend. I can see that you sent emails to us on Saturday (when the office is closed) and even though we are closed, I can see that your email was answered the same day. They highlighted to you that your order had been placed after the cutoff and al offered you a credit for the extra payment of postage. You wrote again on Monday and we answered you again the same day.

The standard royal mail delivery costs is £3.00, but you requested Special delivery for weekends (which costs £10). Because the order was processed on Monday (in accordance with the guidance of the website), it was posted with Special Delivery (which costs £6.50). That means the refund offered to you was greater than the difference. Yet you still think we are a poor service? I guess we cannot please some people
