Great company to purchase from, got put onto Nature's Best after reading an article on the Daily Mail medical page that caught my attention regarding lactose intolerance, as up to then had to cut dairy out altogether, so Googled lactase and discovered Nature's Best, an absolute life changer and can't reccomend them highly enough, to coin the phrase 'the proof of the pudding is literally in the eating and I can consume as much dairy products as I want, just evaluating how many tablets per the amount, with originally a bit of overkill, to a very accurate guess over time to avoid either wastage or under estimating and associated pain ect.
I also purchase a few other products from them and all are excellent, vitamins C,D3 and B12, cod liver oil and MagAsorb.
